Karla Solis-Auces is a psychotherapist with over 10 years experience. Karla uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to assist clients work through issues such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, and life transitions.
